Shipping

Orders ship within 3 business days. Delivery time for domestic orders is 3 - 7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

In the case you aren’t vibing so hard on your piece(s), Neon Doves will gladly accept returns or exchanges on all unused items within 5 days of the delivery date.

Please note items on sale or purchased with a discount code are final sale.

To get your exchange or return started, email hayley@neondoves.com with your order number within 3 days of receiving your order and you’ll be taken care of.

• Items must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date in their original, unused condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, and a tracking number is required. Insurance is recommended.

• Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed.

• Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
